YourSmartBenefits.com is a marketing and quote-request website owned and operated by Vitality Health Advisors LLC (dba NovaVida Group), a licensed insurance agency. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance; coverage exists only when a carrier issues a policy.
2. Information, Not Advice
Educational content, statistics, calculators and sample figures are general information from the sources cited where they appear. They are not legal, tax or medical advice, and they are not a guarantee of premiums, eligibility or benefits, which are determined by the issuing carrier. Any rate shown is illustrative until the carrier confirms it.
3. Products
Group health, life, disability and voluntary benefit products are underwritten and issued by the insurance carriers we are appointed with. Availability, premiums and benefits depend on the carrier, your state, your group's census and the application. Policy terms control.
4. Quoting Tools
Some tools are provided by carriers and licensed third-party platforms. When you choose to quote or apply on your own we tell you before the tool opens; that platform's terms and privacy policy apply to what you enter there.
