How We Work
- We market your group to the carriers we're appointed with in your state — no single-carrier push
- Section 125 savings are described only as what the code allows: employee income tax + 7.65% FICA, employer 7.65% FICA
- We do not sell pre-tax "wellness" cash-back programs the IRS treats as taxable wages
- Carriers pay us; no broker fee for groups of 2–500 employees; commissions disclosed on request
